Our home inspections are priced according to the square footage of the home, and it's age. For example, a 2000 square foot house would be priced at $350 for a full inspection including report, consultation, and walk through. You will receive a 3 ring notebook with your report printed double sided, in color, with photographs. In this notebook you will also receive a home care book, checklists, information on decks, septic systems, well water systems, dry basement guide, a flashlight key ring holder, and if chosen, a 90 day warranty on all inspected items. We will UPS this notebook to you at no extra charge if you cannot be at the inspection. You will also receive your report as a pdf, e-mailed the same day as the inspection so you have the information immediately. See More
